Are you an LGBTQ+ asylum seeker? We can help you prepare for your IND interview - the most important step in your asylum process.
Requirements:
Identify as LGBTQ+
Currently in asylum procedure in NL waiting for your second hearing (Nader Gehoor)
Able to commit to preparation sessions with a volunteer
Live in AZC in Amsterdam or Breda (due to the proximity of the volunteer group)
Help asylum seekers share their stories with confidence. Join our volunteer team and make a real impact.
Requirements:
Commitment of 1 hour per week (Average 10 - 30 hours per participant in total)
Commitment to join basic training and information session (2 hours)
Respect for confidentiality
Agreement to code of contact (link here)
Comfortable in English (The volunteer program and participation will be in English)
